Membership

A more considered approach to homeownership.

MyEstateDesk membership provides ongoing oversight, organization, coordination, and support for the details that keep an exceptional home operating at its best.

The relationship

Membership is a relationship, not a subscription.

You are assigned one coordinator who learns your home and remains with your household. Continuity is the point: nothing is re-explained, and nothing is handed between departments.

Membership begins with a private consultation. We review the property, the matters outstanding, and the standard you expect — then propose the level of involvement that fits.

Ongoing oversight

A coordinator who holds the calendar, the record, and the responsibility for your home.

Priority access

Your household is attended to first, by professionals who already know the property.

Preventative care

Seasonal preparation and recurring service scheduled ahead of the season, not after it.

Trusted vendor network

Vetted trades and specialists engaged, briefed, and overseen on your behalf.

Home records

Warranties, manuals, service history, and vendor information kept current in one place.

Project management

Renovations and improvements coordinated with a single point of accountability.

Built for busy households

The house is only half of it. The life inside it is the other.

Most of our members are not managing an estate — they are raising a family in one. Two careers, school calendars, sports schedules, houseguests, and a dog. The household runs at full capacity, and someone has to keep it that way.

Your coordinator takes the logistics off the family calendar: the sitter who cancels, the contractor who needs letting in, the summer-camp forms, the weekend you host twelve people for dinner. It is handled — quietly, and before it lands on you.

The result is not a better-managed property. It is evenings and weekends that belong to your family again.

School & activity logistics

Registrations, schedules, and the appointments around them — tracked and handled alongside the household calendar.

Hosting & houseguests

Dinner for twelve, family visiting for a week, the house ready before anyone arrives — arranged without a group text.

Weekends back

The errands, the waiting-for-the-plumber, the list on the fridge — taken off the family's plate, not just yours.

Levels of membership

Three levels. One standard of care.

Residence

$799per month

For a primary residence with a considered maintenance calendar and a moderate volume of ongoing service.

Premier

$1,499per month

For households with greater complexity — larger properties, heavier service volume, or a more present coordinator relationship.

Estate

$3,999per month

For households operating at estate scale — multiple properties, staff and vendor oversight, and continuous project activity.

A three-month initial term, month-to-month thereafter with thirty days' notice. Billed monthly. Trade and project costs are separate and always presented to you before work proceeds.
